Gentle Yoga

This class teaches the power of breath, movement, and listening to your own body.  Great for people with injuries, seniors, pregnant women, and anyone interested in a gentler approach.

Monday 4pm-5pm

Beginner Yoga

With over 300 positions in the practice of yoga, brand new students learn fundamental poses, breath control, and listening to the body.  Strengthen the body, improve balance, and flexibility.

Monday 5:30pm-6:30pm

Tuesday 4:00pm-5:00pm

Level 1 Yoga

Designed for those who have had some exposure to yoga, including an introduction to basic yoga poses and proper alignment.  Beginner students can explore their practice and begin to become more familiar with poses and use of the breath.

Tuesday 5:30pm-6:30pm

All Levels Yoga

Therapeutic and relaxing, this class emphasizes stillness and gentle movement for extended periods.  Slow, passive stretching techniques plus meditation to refresh the mind and body.

Thursday 5:30pm-6:30pm

Heart Centered Yoga (All Levels)

Combining the physical workout of yoga positions with meditative relaxation and breathing techniques to build a healthy mind and body.

Thursday 7pm-8pm
